Does anyone have DPF cleaning equipment in their shop? Tell me about it! We're looking to purchase, and want to know what works and what doesn't. We have about 75 buses with DPFs now.

The last district that I worked for has the Donaldson Gen2 pulse cleaner and Thermal Regenerator machines. I can't remember how much they were but they seemed to work pretty well. We cleaned DPF's for a lot of neighboring districts and never had any issues.

We're looking at the Donaldson, OTC and FSX cleaners. The FSX Air-Knife cleaner looks awesome, but we'd have to upgrade our shop air system to handle the amount of air it requires. Plus it's over double the price...

Looks like FilterTherm has the best oven and inspection table from what I've seen. Plus they make the only cool-down table, apparently. Probably won't get one of those since we won't be that high volume (I hope!)
