Our left steer tire on every one of the Visions are wearing before the right side. We've checked the toe, bearings, tie rods, king pins and they all seem fine. Have you guys experienced any of this?

I send every new bus out now to get aligned. The last new BB i sent had the rear end out 2.5". Nothing was bent. It started wearing the RF out at 20K

That may be the issue we're having.

Stories like this pain me. It just seems like nobody at that factory gives a crap anymore. They best stop chasing the electric bus fantasy and focus on quality as job #1 (the way it used to be at Blue Bird).

The "Oh well, we will never see it again" mentality is just like Carpenter's was...and we see where that got them.

Wouldn't you know it, took a BB with under 2k miles to the alignment shop to check the alignment. And as suspected, it was out of alingment. BB quality control is garbage, I would like to meet the QC boss and give him an ear full.
