If you have service max go into tests and perform KOEO and KOER tests then aftertreatment if it needs a regen it will enter the cleaning mode, just be sure it`s up to temp and the park brake is set.
Three % ash load is about normal.

set park brake, engine running and temp above 160, no active dtc's hit the dash button, if its needed the engine should pick up in rpm and away you go.
should be a decal above the drivers seat outlining the procedure. other than that use service max as stated above.

1. Park Maxxforce 7 outside, away from buildings/vehicles

2. Obtain 5 gallons of known-quality gasoline

3. Dispense gasoline evenly throughout Maxxforce 7 vehicle

4. From outside, ignite gasoline with suitable device

5. Go enjoy lunch, regen will take 5-10 minutes

We did a parked regen at our Cummins dealer, it was a bit spendy but we got dependability, a complete new aftertreatment system, resale value, a five year 100,000 mile engine warranty and a 17% fuel economy increase.

Why yes, the ORIGinal CHARGER is a Fastback

But make sure you park it next to a bluebird vision!

If it doesn't need a parked regen, by that I mean some of the lights on, you cannot do it with the switches. You have to connect your laptop and do a forced regen, IE filter cleanliness test.

Thanks for the advise, guys. Too much going right now to fool with it so I sent it to the dealer. Word is they found the turbo sticking.
