Morning guys got a weird one 08 lift bus with air ride. When coming to a stop the brakes feel like the abs is being applied but does it only once or twice a day. Have replaced front and rear shoes and drums and foot valve. There is no codes and the abs light does not come on when it does this and no significant pressure loss like when abs does kick normally like on ice. Thanks

Did you check your S Cams for slop? I assume that you replaced hardware when you replaced shoes, but your S Cams or S Cam bushings may be shot.

There all fine and replaced all the hardware...

Monitor your wheel speed sensors and see if one is droping out?
