Good morning , 2008 GMC 3500 6.6 DURAMAX DIESEL will not start , 12 volts at big terminal and when cranking to start with small wire unhooked at starter 12 volts at small wire , with small wire hooked to starter when cranking voltage drops to about 2 volts , starter just clicks { new starter } , but if I jump starter with screwdriver it spins normally , but bus will not start with key on , Thanks .
