1999 T444E no start, has no codes. has good fuel pressure and ICP.
will fire and almost run. ICP is over 600. but goes over 3000 after cranking for 5 seconds. has new fuel pump. has good key power and ground to ECM. buzz test showed noise on all 8 injectors.

What color is the smoke out of the exhaust when it is almost starting?

white smoke when cranking, grey smoke when it fires

Why yes, the ORIGinal CHARGER is a Fastback

got the engine running. new fuel pump was defective and the coil on the IPR was loose. had no retaining nut Thanks for the response
