I'm trying to locate a replacement turbo for a 2001 freightliner bus with a 3126 cat engine. I have the engine SN and vin # but can't read the turbo part # . Is there a source where I can look it up?
It is a 0R-7296 for that particular engine. There is a supersession to a 0R-7569, but you want to order the first number and let them do the supersession for you (in case they have the first number in stock and the supersede is a special order with freight...) Don't forget to ask for a 7C-7431 gasket too - doesn't look like they include it.
