we have a 2002 International RE the gauges freeze up. we have Put 2 D&D instrument clusters in it. We have replaced a few of the gauges. Check the connections at the cluster to make sure they were tight and had no loose connections. It does it intermittently I just test drove the bus after about 12 miles the speedometer, tach froze I lost voltage and the fuel gauge was bouncing around. I got under the dash and started wiggling everything around. unplugged both connectors when I unplugged and plugged back in the one that sends signal to speedo and tach they swept then returned and stayed at 0 mph and 0 rpm about 4 miles down the road they went back to functioning normal.

Update we unplugged and cleaned the connectors on the engine ecm as they were a little contaminated with oil and grime. So far so good the bus has been back in service for a couple days (knock on wood)
