Do any of you assign a dollar value to unscheduled downtime when evaluating your fleet? For example, a per day dollar amount when a regular route bus is down.
We loose the days route pay if the school corp has to run the route. We have a 3 temp buses and sub drivers just in case. I don't know how much we get a day per route in money.
