we can drive one or two blocks and bus dies or may go twenty miles or more will crank but not start ipr breaker trips let bus set will start and run not sure what ipr is

IPR, Injection Pressure Regulator, as I recall. Question, I didn't know an IPR had a breaker, where is that located ?

Another question, have you pulled a code for the IPR ? Your problems sounds more like a cam sensor. These do not always set codes, but should.
