Have 2000 amtran rear engine bus,bus heats up but while driving the rear of bus gets cold,cannot get enough heat in back but sitting in drivers seat sweating.could the pump be bad anyone else experience this?

Bus has i believe a 444e and yes it has a booster pump i was wondering if it could be bad
