I have a 1995 444E that won't start. I performed the following trouble shooting using parts from exact bus that parks next to it.
1. Replaced IPR vavle
2. Replaced ICP sensor
3. Replaced cam sensor with new one
4. Swapped IDM (ECM)

With all the parts swapping the bus still won't start and the other does. ???? No codes are present, injector fuses and ECM fuse are good at the betery box. Anyone care to chime in?

try swapping the relay wires on the relays above the engine on the firewall. as you are standing in front of them it is usually the left two.

That was the first thing I tried. Relays are good.

How's the glow plug relay? Did a cool front come by?
Do you have any type of scan tool to read IPC pressure?
How about access to Internationals website?
All their tech literature is there for free.
Also look at those IPR wires - sometimes their insulation gets dissolved.

check your wires at the starter, they like to corrode and break off where the end is crimped on...

Glow plug relay is working all glow plugs test good,we used to have the program to see all parameters but when we got a new (used) laptop they didn't reinstall that program in the new laptop and it takes an act of congress to get the IT guys to reinstall it for us that's if they still have it. @ Revitup6k wires on starter are good. I'm leaning towards the hi pressure pump,it's getting plenty of fuel, cracked the fuel filter and cranked on it. I'll check the International site. Feel free to leave more suggestions guys thanks.

We had one that the voltage to one of the firewall relays "got lost" somewhere between ignition switch and relay. We ran a new wire from the source to the relay and all was well.

Why yes, the ORIGinal CHARGER is a Fastback

Turns out it was the IDM, my mechanic bent one of the connector pins. I hooked it up my self to confirm that the IDM needs to be replaced. IDM price $1350.00 plus it has to be programmed on the bus. I swapped IDM with sister bus next to it, my mechanic swapped it before but bent one of the pins on the connector, so the good IDM didn't start the bus till the pin was straightened out to make a good connection. Good IDM started the bus!!! (Recap)

Thanks to everyone who chimed in.
