It might be this: Injector Metering Rail 1 Pressure - Data Valid But Above Normal Operational Range - Most Severe Level. The ECM has detected that fuel pressure in the fuel rail is higher than the normal operating fuel system pressure.
We had this on one of our units, if you have the software hook up and have someone watch the fuel pressure while you wiggle the connector and wires at the sensor. ( which is in the back of the fuel rail under the cowl on a conventional) and see if the fuel pressures goes off the chart. We could get ours to 250 psi, replace the connector with a pig tail assy. after the new sensor did no good.
