1996 BB TC 5.9, What pressure should the radiator cap be? It currently has a 7# cap and is blowing out ~1 qt/day. I can go about 2-3 days depending on how much it is driven befor I need to as some (tank is dry)

With the plastic tank 7 is good. You dont want to go over 10 lbs. If it is blowing it out with a 7 lb. cap there is another reason for it. Unless your cap is bad.

Update - 9lb cap seems to be working. (Made in Israel) (Other caps were made in Mexico or China)

You need to get a radiator pressure tester. It will test the caps too.
