SHOCKING

We really need a public information blitz on this one.

Article from School Bus Fleet;

The second national stop-arm running count found 88,025 violations in a day, up from last year's count of 76,685."

I participated in that survey. What's even more shocking is that the survey was very specific in what constitutes "passing your bus". Completely stopped, red lights flashing, and stop arm out. If you were still moving or the stop arm wasn't out, it didn't count. So yes, that many violations ARE pretty shocking. (No one passed me that day, but it does happen!)
