Got a question:

With the Ford E-Series heading to the retirement stage, will the Transit/T-Series be available in a Type-A school bus in the future?

The Ford E-Series commercial cutaway chassis is designated to remain available. The Transit Series is only going to replace the van model.

The cutaway will be available throught the rest of the decade. See the linked article.

...but is it still possible that Ford will also offer Transit chassis along with the E-Series chassis?

Well, that is what they will be doing. The Transit replaces their E-Series van and the E-Series cutaway goes on as their school bus chassis offering. Their aren't enough cutaway chassis built in a year to warrant offering 2 different types.
