Anyone had the AD-9 purge valves come apart after maintenance?? I've had 3 come apart in the last 2 months, and I'm trying to determine if there is a problem with the kits (they have been changed), or if there is a problem with my helper not getting the bolt tight. I don't want to have to eat crow if you know what I mean. Thanks All !!!! Timm .....

No issues here. I've rebuilt dozens of them.

If it doesn't fit, FORCE it.
If it breaks, well, it needed replacing anyway.

Just had 2 more come apart yesterday. That makes 6 out of 10 have come apart. Not very good. I am in touch with Bendix to see if they have had any reports of this. I'll let you guys know what I find out. Something must have changed ...... Timm ....
