Convicted arsonist set fire to school bus, police say
DAYTON — Three months and four days after release from prison on three arson convictions, Paul Dean Ward was back in jail in connection with the arson of a pre-school bus.

In Ohio we try to leave those on the buses for the bums to use. Perhaps that bus ran out of em and he was so upset that he accidentally dropped his crackpipe onto a seat and got it burning?
LOL, TB24! I'll have to remember what those are for. Next time a coach on a long trip starts whining about how school buses don't have bathrooms, I'll be sure to offer him a complimentary Convenience Bag. All will be well.
