got a 2004 466 dt in a 4300 that starts on 1 cylinderwhen cold.other cylinders start to work as it warms up,takes a few mins.if i plug the truck in over nite it starts fine the next day,do you think it is injector O rings? |

How cold does it get at night? What fuel are you using? Winter blend? Biodiesel? |
If it doesn't fit, FORCE it. If it breaks, well, it needed replacing anyway. Pullin' wrenches for 45 years. |

iam in florida,not to cold,its bin doing it since summer,just not as bad, |

I think you have some fuel pressure or HPOP issues. You should inspect the rubber check ball above the 'rock catcher' for cracks. I've replaced a bunch of those.
Do you have any diagnostic software?
If not, it might be best to get someone who knows what they're doing to look at it.

just a generic scanner no dealer software.it runs fine once it heats up. |
