Hi everyone,got a c7 bucking and surging in gear and in nuetral.No codes,only found fuel pressure between 80-90 psi.replaced fuel pressure regulator on rear of cly.head,found it was worn out.When the bus goes into fits the desired icp.psi stays put for throttle angle but actual is all over the place.can we change icp valve in huei pump?any help would be great!
Make sure your not getting air in your fuel. I have found that the fuel line can rub the body close to where dog house bolts to the floor. Of course this is on a BB conventional and may or may not be applicable to your situation. Good luck.
You may have a bad huei pump. That is a fairly common problem with the C7. Not to ruin your day but when the pump fails it sends metal particles down stream to the injectors.
