Here in PUERTO RICO were I am from we have one DRAG RACE SCHOOL BUS (MODIFIED STREET TRUCK class) That DRAG RACE SCHOOL BUS is known as "LA PAJARITA" and it is owned by JIMMY BUS LINE a SCHOOL BUS FLEET from PUERTO RICO.

This is a PHOTO of JIMMY BUS LINE'S Drag Race School Bus before the changes they made to the SCHOOL BUS


Now with some mayor changes JIMMY BUS LINE'S Drag Race Bus will enter in the FUNNY TRUCK class wich are PURPOSE BULT DRAG RACE TRUCKS.

Now it has a modern hood (IC CE) and a fiberglass replica of an INTERNATIONAL LONESTAR bumper.

This DRAG RACE BUS has now a best elapsed time (E.T) on the 1/4 mile of 14.72 seconds at 91 MPH.





So there you have it, on of the fastest DRAG RACE SCHOOL BUSES you will ever see.

Engine- DETROIT DIESEL 6V92 with 2 massive TURBOCHARGERS and NITROUS SYSTEM.

Lets hope the roof never hits a solid object or that'll be the latest Carpenter Convertible. Tho I like the Blue Bird roof accents, makes you forget about faulty welds :)
