stalk witch on steering column , two motors, tried new one on passenger side still no high speed traced out wires under dash nothing broke that i could find , tried a body module (left panel-outside) from sister unit still no high speed.
Any ideas

found it bad right side high relay center fuse panel
OEM trained in wiring and all engine platforms for over 20 years
