I thought this would be an interesting picture to post. I came across it doing an internet search. The site is in spanish so I'm not sure where this particular unit is distributed however it's produced on an international chassis and the body is made by Cafer-Integra out of Mexico.

Enjoy.

Cool....with a left side service door, there's no need for crossing gates!

The manufacturer's website is interesting. That style of body can be mounted onto a Ford, Chev or Navistar chassis. The history section of the site shows models produced over the past years.

Translated with google; you might have to manually copy and paste the whole link. If it doesn't work go to www.google.com to language tools. Then copy the main page link, put it in translate web page.

I don't think it matters if you translate the page, the images have spanish text, lol.

Interesting find. Here is the Chevy version. It looks to be the pre 2004 Low Profile style:

Another International, notice the way the hood opens:

Freightliner/Mercedes Benz:

I can't find the "Ford Vista" but there is a minibus Ford, I'm guessing based on the Econoline Van:

The grille on that Ford looks somewhat similar to the Visions.

If you have an International, you NEED customer service.

Ugh, I hope buses don't change into that style. For me, it would be a nightmare!

I kind of like the looks of it. I doubt they'll use that in the US, they'd have to make some changes.
