I have two 2005 cat engines in All Americans re. One has a low oil pressure warning. The other is too high and starts derating the engine. I know nothing about these engines. So, I am not sure if it's wiring, sensor, or something else. So where would I start looking. is there any way to cut these out of the system so it wouldn't make the bus derate. Then I could use a mechanical gauge. They are great running buses and will be a few more years.
forget the sensor that was a C13 with high boost codes , could not find in any of my work notes(15 years of note pads lol) of a Cat with high oil pressure issues
