ISB 6.7l Had code 2636, tested for battery voltage , ran head light for load check ok, tested actuator wiring harness to ecm pins 33,38,39,40 all good. got new actuator plugged in and have a code 2449, a little confused so removed and plugged in old actuator , back to 2636. took the new actuator and plugged into sister bus, got code 2449. ?what am I missing here ? Thanks for any help
