If you have the IC program it will allow you to cut out injectors to see if you lose a cylinder. that's the only way I know how to check. it will also do a compression check too.
without a laptop or program one could remove valve cover and one at a time unplug an injector and run unit and see which ones don't make a big difference while idling the tops of the injectors can tell a story by their color , brunt yellow color usually not good , or old could be injector cups leaking not firing one injector the same as the others , again run with no valve cover and look for more oil around an injector then the others
