"The photo is taken in a beautiful rural area of a school bus crossing over the South Santiam River on a single lane stringer bridge toward McDowell Creek Park in Oregon," Kraemer says. "The area is located east of Lebanon/Waterloo cities area off the South Santiam Highway. The McDowell Creek area was named after Jack McDowell, an early settler in the area."
