"A few days before I took the photo, I noticed how nice it looked ... all the buses lined up and the signs flashing," Wilcox says. "So I brought my Canon to work and took the photo while we were all sitting at the high school (buses off but red lights on) waiting to finish loading our students. I think my favorite part of the picture is how it shows my co-workers all doing it right ... the guys in our garage work hard at making sure the buses are safe, clean and rust free, and each of the drivers are using their reds while loading students. It's a scene I love seeing 180 days each year."
