Personally I think this is another needless test. Pay these driver's what they deserve to be paid, make them full time employees so they can go home and relax and not have to get a second job because they have to make ends meet, and these types of things won't happen. It even says in the article the driver's are part time employees and some have second jobs. Let me ask some seasoned mechanics/drivers here, 20, 30 years ago, were driver's full time? Did they have second jobs? Were there as many crashes then as there are now? |
