Here in Manitoba me just got the numbers on this money grab that will not likely reduce emissions as intended, in my mind.. 5.3 cents per liter gasoline 6.7 cents per liter diesel 3.9 cents per liter propane 4.7 cents per cubic meter natural gas. Comes into affect Sept 1 2018 making the budget even tighter. It does however make gas and propane bus's more of a consideration when buying... I already know we are not looking at diesel this year.
