Is it legal in Texas to pull a trailer behind a school bus with students aboard? I have always thought it wasn't, and I thought I had written proof saved; however, I cannot find it. Does anyone know? To me, it would be a big safety issue to block the Emergency Exit in any way, shape, or form. I have been challenged by a school board member who also possesses a CDL license. His thinking is, "I have seen other school districts do it, so it is okay for us to do it also." Please let me know, and preferably include the statement, or location of it-if there is one. That is the only way the member will believe me. It's a gender thing.
