At the very least, thank goodness this was something that happened at the middle or the back of the bus and not at the front; if the driver had been exposed, things would have turned out quite differently.
On top of the usual anti-bullying interventions and criminal charges, I hope that it is brought up that the perpetrator could have very easily caused a bus crash. A school bus is a fairly closed environment (not QUITE as bad as an airplane...), so spraying pepper spray will cause it to spread out pretty far.
I guess it's true...you can't fix stupid. |
