Nashville family wants bus assault suit restored

A Nashville family who unsuccessfully sued Genesis Learning Centers over the sexual assault of a 9-year-old student on a school bus has asked a federal judge to give them a new trial.
The victim, who is now 11 and has autism, was molested by a 19-year-old student on a Metro Nashville Public School bus in May of 2007. The nonprofit Genesis Learning Centers runs Genesis Academy and contracts with the school system to educate students with severe behavioral and emotional problems. ...
