March 23, 2006 - The News-Press, FL - LEE COUNTY - According to law enforcement, former bus driver Felicia McCrea, 28, stole an empty bus Tuesday morning from the drop-off area at Gateway Elementary after its driver had gone inside the building. Lee County schools had fired the woman because she lied on her application about criminal convictions.
Hiring people like this makes us all look bad. I realize Florida has a school bus driver shortage, but are they that hard up that they have to hire people like this?
