Midwest Bus Sales Oklahoma and Midwest Bus Sales Illinois have earned Thomas Built Buses' Platinum Support certification.

According to Thomas Built, both dealerships underwent rigorous training and improvements to increase service efficiencies, enhance communication, and reduce costs for customers.

“We hope our customers come to visit and see for themselves the changes made and the difference in our business culture," said Scott Bruegge, vice president of Midwest Bus Sales. "This is more than a fresh coat of paint or a few more signs on the wall; this program enhances our abilities to be more customer focused.”

Platinum Support is a collaborative effort of Thomas Built Buses, parent company Daimler Trucks North America, and dealers that focuses on improving the customer experience.

“Midwest Bus Sales is committed to continuous improvement in order to better serve their customers,” said Paul Start, market growth development manager for Thomas Built Buses. “The Platinum Support certification of their Illinois and Oklahoma locations will help them serve their customers even better.”

Scott Kincaid, CEO of Midwest Bus Sales, added that the company is “extremely proud of our employee groups at the El Reno, Oklahoma, and Litchfield, Illinois, locations” for achieving the Platinum Support certification, which he said “aligns perfectly with our company’s core values of family, safety, service, and respect.”
