New Peggy Burns DVD covers law and compliance
The 56-minute video is especially designed for transportation supervisors and others who administer, coordinate, train or deliver transportation-related services to students. Attendees at the Transporting Students with Disabilities conference in Orlando will receive a free copy of the DVD.
LAFAYETTE, Colo. — Education Compliance Group Inc. announced that a new DVD, Trends & Trials: School Transportation Law, 2010 Update, by attorney and consultant Peggy Burns is now available for purchase.
The 56-minute video is especially designed for transportation supervisors and others who administer, coordinate, train or deliver transportation-related services to students.
"It's becoming increasingly clear that it's very difficult for many school transportation professionals to travel to conferences because of budget and time limitations," Burns said. "Because of those challenges, we've been thinking for quite some time about ways to deliver legal and compliance information to the people who need it most— affordably, and with their convenience in mind."
In the DVD, Burns explains recent legislative changes and discusses cases about transporting students and employment challenges.
The Trends & Trials: School Transportation Law, 2010 Update DVD can be purchased for $55, plus $5 shipping and handling. Discounts are available for purchases of two or more.
To order or obtain pricing information about quantity purchases, call Education Compliance Group Inc. at (888) 604-6141, or e-mail Burns directly with ordering, billing and shipping information at ecginc@qwestoffice.net.
The company also announced that attendees at the Transporting Students with Disabilities conference in Orlando, Fla., in March will receive a copy of the DVD free of charge.
