NEW YORK — A man has been charged with manslaughter for allegedly punching a school bus driver who clipped his vehicle’s mirror, NBC 4 New York reports.

Joey Scott, 28, faces one count of manslaughter and three counts of assault for knocking bus driver Juan DelValle to the ground on June 11. As previously reported, DelValle went into a coma and later died when his family took him off life support.

Scott is being held on $250,000 cash or bond.
