AmTran, Collins Recalls Announced

The cushion frame support bar slides off the seat support pad, which could retain the seat in the occupied position. In the event of an emergency, the seat could block the aisle, which could result in injury or death. Owners will be provided with instructions and parts to repair the seats. The bolts used to secure floor-mounted wheelchair track are too long on some Grand Bantams manufactured between March 2000 and August 2001. The bolts could protrude through the wheel well and puncture the rear tires. Dealers will replace the long bolts with shorter bolts that will sit flush.
