Vehicle lift supplier Stertil-Koni has introduced a differential adapter for lifting vehicles by the rear differential. The adapter is specifically engineered to be used with Stertil-Koni’s high-pressure telescopic piston lift, the Diamondlift.
The new offering is suited for lifting and servicing smaller school buses and pickup trucks with a maximum axle weight of 10,000 pounds. The adapter is an ALI/ALCTV-certified accessory for all models of the Diamondlift.
According to Stertil-Koni, lifting by the rear differential is particularly helpful when the axle tube (the typical lifting point for most heavy-duty vehicles) is obstructed by sway bars, automatic snow chains, or other elements.
