Thomas Built Buses Names New Platinum Support Dealers

HIGH POINT, N.C. — Thomas Built Buses announced that Kerlin Bus Sales in Silver Lake, Indiana, and Omaha Truck Center in Nebraska are its latest Platinum Support certified dealers.

Both dealerships underwent rigorous service training to reduce vehicle downtime and lower vehicle life cycle costs for their customers, according to the school bus manufacturer.

Platinum Support, a collaborative effort between Thomas Built Buses and its dealers, focuses on improving the customer experience. Platinum Support dealers and their staff provide rapid diagnosis, responsive turnaround and quality, consistent communication, robust parts availability, and superb customer service, according to Thomas Built Buses.
