Since Upper Merion Area School District began offering transportation to their students, they have managed the operation on their own. In 2016, Superintendent Dr. Toleno decided to partner with First Student to address their transportation challenges.

First Student and Upper Merrion School District worked together to:

• Increase Driver Wages
• Improve Safety and Reliability
• Create a Better Fleet Replacement Schedule
• Reduce Transportation Costs
