you mean no laptop to hook to bus or when hooked up it finds no ecm, if it does not find the abs ecm its a power or ground issue if nothing is being detected then check your power, ground, etc at the diagnostic plug without hooking up you can use the blink code button under dash and google the results

tone ring or one of the sensors.
Bendix acomm is a free download to laptop. if you have connector for bus
watch some you tube videos on how to test sensors.
I think back in the day we had a tool to plug in to bus and it would at least blink witch wheel was the problem

You just have to email them for a key it is still free but now you need a key to run program
Heres the key they gave me not sure if it will work with your download it takes them a day to get back to you

2006 IC The bend ix brain box on frame rail should have a row of lights on back side to tell you voltage(at top green light) then a row of lights coming down to say if it's a sensor and left or right side... can't remember if it tells steer axle and or drive? but has like 10 to 12 lights coming down rear of brake ecm.... once problem is fixed you can clear codes/reset (turn off light) with magnet at top or bottom of light row...

I never used computer software for the older ones.... either used above info or the BX801869 adapter in 9 pin if I felt like crawling under dash instead of bus..lol
