Hi Everyone, I'm new in this Forum but maybe some of you can help me out with some Fault Codes.The engine is Navistar T444E,Model 99,BH210.The engine starts without any problem but after aprox. 10 minutes and when i actuate the brake a few times, the rpm drop to idle.When i push the diagnosis button the following Fault Codes shows up. 111 - 155 - 131 - 124 I guess i searched almost the hole Internet but i couldnt find any information.Well the only one i found is that i have to buy the software.I work since 5 years with Cummins engine(M11 Celect Plus) and for this one i have the software.I know that if i want to keep running the Navistar,i have to purchase the software. My other Problem is,the distributor here in Bolivia - South amerika doesnt have one and it will take a while to get one over here,but i need to fix the Truck this Weekend. I have the manuales for all Cummins engines but i guess that the Fault Codes are not the same or are they? By the way i have Cummins manuales in pdf. I would realy apreciate your help with this problem.Sorry about my english,my spanish and german is better Thanks in Advance, Gerd

Check your codes above . Looks like you have a connection problem or wiring harness problem at the ECM or at the fire wall connection . Remove the ECM connections and clean and apply dielectric grease check the large round firewall passthrough connector. Also check APS (Accelerator pedal) connection under dash. |

Hi mrschoolbus, Thank you very much for the fast response,it is always great to meet people who is not selfish and share their knowledge with others.Your tip was right,the problem was in round firewall connector.People here like to clean the units with steam and high pressure,i found moisture inside the connector.
