i have a 2012 c2 6.7 cummins allison 1000 series trans hydro brakes. it has a terrible vibration when its idling in park its not to bad put when u put it in gear its terrible the brakes pedal vibrates so bad it iritates your foot the motor mounts seem to be ok the exhaust is no rattling of fram or body any ideas

Any signs the balencer was hit?

no that looks ok there is some remnance of an old belt stuck inbetween the pulley and banace but i dont think that would be a problem

check the 4 bolts where the front mount attaches to the block

That belt looking thing your talking about could be the rubber for the balancer on the crank pulley. I've replaced a handful on the CAT C7 motors, but none on the 6.7L as of yet. Wouldn't hurt to replace it and see if it solves your issue. If anything, you'll have one for inventory.

when u drive the bus its fine only sitting at a light in gear it terrible but bo so bad in neutral

you check them 4 bolts had loads of them back out or break off , and it causes those same conditions, if it goes long enough you will get a crank sensor code(frt. gear train) form bent tabs on crank pulley

i use two pry bars , very carefully not to bend the hall effect tabs , but once off it can be removed and one can straighten the tabs.
take a wire wheel to the snub nose of crank that sticks out of(center of pulley) this will have rust on it and keep it from working off easily, once it starts with bars , you usually can grab ahold of it and person handle it off by wiggling it
