ECM is looking at a table of temps, RPM and oil pressure. Your crowding one of the limits. Have to be outside the spec range for 7 seconds for code to set. Could be oil temp sensor is off a little, radiator might be losing a little efficiency or the oil could be be at it's limit. I would change oil and see what happens. Can you see Freeze Frame Data? Although it usually doesn't capture anything related to the code!

Had a guy with a Cummins ISX that wanted to run 12,000 mile oil change intervals. If he stayed in the flat part of the midwest he could. If he got into hills or mountains his oil pressure would start to drop off around 10,000 miles. Change oil and it would go right back up.
