2007 ce 300 bus stalled on hwy would not start got back to shop had no oil pressure or fuel pressure. swaped out the hpop now have oil and fuel while cranking. will not start . .

How much the high pressure oil while cranking? How you get the reading? Any code? Engine light came up?
