Code set one time with no drivability issues, driver turned off bus and restarted and no check engine light. Cleared code and road tested no problems, do these have rail pressure sensor issues? |

Update, code returned with some driving problems (power loss) after key was turned off and restarted light was off and ran fine. Bus is now out off service till problem is solved. |

with insite unplug sensor it should read around zero psi(the trouble shooting will tell you the spec) usually its dirt in lines, have the pressure relief valve stuck open a bit or fuel leak ,easy way to find out all your returns are on the right side of engine , easy numbers nothing really should come out any of them , at regular idle or fuel leak test if rail return flow is heavy its the relief vale front of rail pump return flow is heavy, then its the pump injector flow heavy then its an injector , if you have the kit you would block each injector to find the one injector that is returning bad or it could be more injectors , but they all share the same bath tub so save to say replace all six at once |
