| I have 4 2016 Thomas HDX with the ISL9. I had one bus develop a bad vibration and we tried to diagnose it in house and checked the u joints and output bearings on the Allison. We didn't find anything. We sent it out and the Allison dealer found the motor mounts at the flywheel housing were swapped right and left. They removed and installed them so the angles of the mounts matched the frame mounts. this helped. We finally got the vibration fixed, but I've been hearing that there was a recall or TSB on the motor mounts, but can't find anything on Thomas Built Buses or DTNA Connect. Has anyone got a copy or link to this recall? |
