Good day all

I have a 2013 c2 Thomas bus. The parking brake light stays on the dash all the time. The system seems work fine, Key off ebrake off sets off the buzzer I checked the switch and its functioning fine. The ground side on the bus plug is grounded. I looked at it in diamond logic and the input to the BHM is applied no matter how the park brake is. Hence the output from the BHM is applied. I have looked at the bundles of wires by the l/H shock tower and there appears to be no corrosion or cuts there. Ive puzzled with this for a while and now my puzzler is really sore... Any suggestions would be appreciated

broken wire to the AMU or bad AMU should be the one with 3 air lines going to it ( it should be on the end I can't remember if its left or right )

The ebrake is manual, no air on this unit.

I guess I should of mentioned that it is manual ebrake with foot peddle and cables to a diff mounted brake assembly. I assume (I hate that word) the wire goes straight from the peddle switch to the bcm. After that I not too sure.

Well that changes everything lol
not sure how that is wired, where the wires go over frame by the CHM is a bad spot for wires chaffing
with a vin i should be able to get a wire diagram , but it might be data link message to dash

By what you are saying, the issue must be the wire from foot pedal to BHM must be bad
run an overlay for that circuit to test this theory
the serial is not going in DTNA and if your using DLB it must be a international bus

Sorry, tried to see what the bones in my finger looked like with an exact knife this morning and can’t seem to get my head on straight
The company laptop lists the program as DDDL right below diamond logic...
I’m useing the Daimler Service link.
I’ll run a test wire and see what happens tomorrow, gotta get out of here before I do any more damage to me or the bus...hehehe
Blue nose hmmm I guess your down in Nova Scotia, I’ve got friends at 5.islands just outside of Truro.
