I have two 2004 IC buses with a dt 466 with egr's . One is a RE300 and thW . I went and priced one and it was 1200 dollars for a reman .I am told they are borg warners . I went and found Garretts for under 500 . How hard would it be to swap in a garrett ? Would the ECM still handle the waste gate ? Would it be a simple bolt on ? Thanks for any help .
does the oem has an electric actuator , then it would have to be programmed out , if its still waste gated then it would just have to have the same bolt pattern, unless your swapping out manifolds too but from electric back to waste gate programming would have to take place, and I don't think NETS can do it would have to kess, or alienware not sure if its a bosch ecm

Just wanted to let everyone know I found a rebuilder to rebuild my turbos . They want just over 900 and some change .I called my IC dealer and international wanted 2200 .
